What we do
Indie Mgmt is an independent management company. It represents a small number of artists and takes on new ones rarely, because attention does not divide well. The work is career strategy, releases, touring, partnerships, and building the team around an artist.
How we work
The artist keeps their rights and the final say over their own career. Management argues its case, sometimes hard, then executes the decision that was made. Most of the job is unglamorous: schedules, budgets, the second and third draft of a plan nobody outside the room will see. That work is the job.
Founder
The company is run by one person. An artist deals with the founder directly, from the first conversation on. There is no account layer, no junior handling the follow-ups, and nothing that gets passed along and then forgotten. An artist should be able to reach that person the same day.
